Add verifications and tests that tutorials exists

• In tutor::launch_learn() ad a stop() if file does not exist
• In functions like tutor::vis_basics_en() select the tutorial based on the name and not on the position file = tutor:::tous_les_programmes(lang = "en")[1]
• Is there a way to verify that tutorials can be launched ?
