How to add codeblock plugin and other plugins to toolbar #41

Hi I wanted to know how to add codeblock plugin and other plugins to toolbar. Currently its displaying only the classic editor toolbar I wanted to add some other plugins to the toolbar like code block, Source etc so can you please let me know how to add them?
