Create Documentation

This is a low-priority issue at the present time, but we should consider creating some documentation about either how our project works, or how to properly run/edit it so that we don't forget how to use a feature or that we don't forget how something works in case we have any issues down the road.

It also would just be a good practice to do as well.

@ThomasTwiton, could you make a README.md file for the Models directory so that we can know how to build the models. This is in reference to #39 where we discussed removing the items in the Migrations directory.
