Countermeasure Time Indicator #3427

Countermeasures can be deployed with a timed trigger, however on core we can't see when the countermeasure was launched, so if we don't catch the exact second it was launched and see the time they set it won't be possible to time up right.
Can we either
A: Get a time stamp of when countermeasures are launched next to it on core.
or B: In the countermeasure itself show both the original time, and have a countdown till deployment. (Preferably with a core notification as well when it expires.)
