When you break the phaser system, it doesn't show "system damaged" on the phaser charging screen. It just discharges the phasers. You are still able to charge and discharge them.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: Charge your phasers
Step 2: Break the Phasers on Core
Step 3: See your phasers discharge but still have full access to the screen with no red "System damaged" reported.
