[Bug] VM located on unmounted drive caused infinite downloading of Windows 11 #612

Your Environment
Distro: EndeavourOS
Desktop Enviroment: KDE
Steps to Reproduce / Context
i set the storage of the winboat vm to an external drive that i don't keep mounted and win boat started to infinitely download the windows 11 image over an over using terabytes of data over a few days

Expected Behavior
it shouldnt redownload the same file hundreds of times
Current Behavior
it kept downloading the windows 11 img deleting it and re downloading it
