[Bug] Magnifier should be blacklisted

Steps to Reproduce / Context

1. Launch Magnifier from WinBoat
2. Enjoy the chaos that ensues

Expected Behavior

Magnifier should ideally be entirely blacklisted to avoid issues.

Current Behavior

Hitbox chaos happens whenever Magnifier is present in single-windows freeRDP.

Possible Solution

Magnifier should be blacklisted from being displayed in the installed applications list whatsoever as:

1. It messes up hitboxes whenever it's active as mentioned above
2. It doesn't actually zoom anything in either, despite above
3. It might get easily confused with the host's native magnifier application when App shortcuts #482 is presumably implemented
