A point was raised on IRC about what sort of tiddlers would be useful to see on a realtime feed an what would not. There is a desire to filter out tiddler traffic such as application code files (JS, CSS etc...).
The server side code of the node application could filter out tiddlers by content type before sending them on to client subscribers.
