There have been no recent commits to TileDB-R and 4 commits to TileDB in the last 24 hours. Based on the error message, I assume the failing test is due to the deprecation of the TILEDB_MODIFY_EXCLUSIVE flag (TileDB-Inc/TileDB@37642e7, TileDB-Inc/TileDB#5721)

The deprecated query type MODIFY_EXCLUSIVE is used in multiple places throughout the package. For now I am updating the failing test so that it can pass with either libtiledb 2.30.0 or the nightly build (jdblischak@f22ca37).
