Support for EP3341?

Amazing project, great work!

I recently purchased an EP3341 from Amazon and am curious if this project would work with this series of machines. My plan is to purchase an 8-pin cable, add a Wemos D1, and analyze the messages. I'm assuming the communication protocol might be different.

Could you clarify if the Picoflex 8P connector in the current models maintains the same pin orientation (pin 1 on one side connects to pin 1 on the other), or if it's reversed (pin 1 connects to pin 8)?

Any other pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again for your excellent work on this project!

I do see the commands for 3321 which is encouraging, I think I should be able to tweak and get the 3341 working
