[Feature Request]: Hotkey toggle for effects like wall climbing and slow falling #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Wall climbing can be an issue when trying to enter doorways, and slow falling is not always ideal as it's a bit of a hinderance to movement in some scenarios.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like slow falling and wall climbing to be toggleable in the same way the fire trail enchantment is.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative to hotkeys (or ideally an addition!) would be to make wall climbing only activate when airborne so you have to jump to wall climb first. As for slow falling, possibly have it so you descend at a normal speed when you crouch.
