Feat: Multiple vehicle assignment to a trip

I'm working on a case where we will be dealing with huge requirement in the visit site. I would require a feature that assigns multiple trucks to a single delivery point if the requirement is beyond a single vehicle capacity.

Split up the visit that is too big for a single vehicle into multiple, that can be done together. If the solver puts them on the same vehicle, it will naturally put them after each other, in which you can treat it as a single visit. If the solver puts them separate, it's to deal with the capacity limitation.

Where it gets more interesting if you need multiple people at the same visit, but they can drive independently from each other before and after that visit. That's multi-resource like in our REST API: https://docs.timefold.ai/field-service-routing/latest/visit-service-constraints/multi-vehicle-visits
