How to use the preview feature - Move Stream?

Hi Teams,

I found that it's quite difficult to implement custom move reasonably(to avoid score corruption), especially for PlanningListVariables. There is a preview feature – Move Stream – which I hope will simplify the implementation of custom move, I am happy to try it.

However, I don't know how to use it and couldn't find any information about this feature. Do you have a brief introduction on how to use the Move Stream ?
