[FEATURE] Create Catalogs that can be Hidden (Discover only) and Randomize Options

Problem statement

Current catalogs can not be hidden from the home page, this can add to clutter.

Proposed solution

Add option to have custom watch catalogs that can be hidden, so this would only be accessible in Discover tab.

Use cases

Those who would want customized watch suggestions, but not on the home page.

Randomize as in you want to see random order of items on each refresh?

Currently the top item is you best recommendation and last one is last..

Correct, something like an option to randomize a catalog list each time the app is opened.
