[WIP] Domain name

I registered "d2weaponreport.com".
Currently, this redirects to "https://d2weaponreport.azurewebsites.net"

TODO

• cert doesn't work for "https://www.d2weaponreport.com". some browsers block redirect.
• domain name can be assigned to the azure instance instead of the redirect.
  Need to find correct instructions to do this.
  I think if this is done right, Azure can update the cert to fix previous issue
