The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested openslide-python==1.1.2
    tiatoolbox 1.3.1 depends on openslide-python>=1.2.0

Hi @curlup - thanks for flagging this. Did it fix it if you changed this line to 1.2.0? Happy to consider a PR if you wanted to test it.
