Model downloads no longer work

Given the recent migration to HuggingFace TissueImageAnalytics/tiatoolbox@d173a8c these docker images no longer work in the various pretrained modes that require them to download models.

We are planning a new release by end of the year. Then all the links will be updated to hugging-face. For now, the previous links should still work.

That's great news, I've updated our docker image to run a git pull and re-install during build, because starting around 27/10 we noticed some 403 errors during model downloads:

requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://tiatoolbox.dcs.warwick.ac.uk/models/pc/densenet121-kather100k.pth
