How to set up to full Obsidian compatibility?

Hello, thank you for maintaining and developing this great software. I became a user today.

What settings do I need to adjust to achieve the best compatibility with Obsidian markdown?

How can I use the entire available width of the text area? Is this only possible with , or have I overlooked something in the settings?
