Option to disable inactivity / dim display feature

If the display is meant to be always-on / connected to USB, it would be valuable to disable inactivity / dim feature.

Working on the ability to configure the capability as well as turning off dimming while connected to power

Running into an issue that the lilygo doesn't expose power status from USB via a GPIO. You can get data connect status - and the bypass logic works when a data cable is connected - but not when a battery is connected.
Investigating a workaround.

So after some haranging, it seems this will be difficult (at least for me) to accomplish:

• The board variant doesn't have working PMU detection
• USB CDC (Serial/HWCDC) detection works when connected to a computer, but PMU methods all return 0 (no VBUS, charging, or voltage detection)
