- redesign minifier tool UI with modern responsive layout and dark mode support

- enhance minifier functionality with additional options (remove comments, collapse whitespace)
- improve minification algorithm to handle nested scripts and styles
- add statistics display showing character counts and size reduction
- implement download and copy-to-clipboard functionality
- update screenshot update script to skip recently modified screenshots
- update screenshots of 3 recently improved tools
