- improve sitemap generation with git-based timestamps

- add new `find_oldest_entries.py` utility script
- use actual file modification dates for sitemap lastmod fields
- fix sitemap URL format to ensure proper structure
- implement timestamp fallback mechanism when git data unavailable
- update URL collection to include entries from games/tools JSON data
- preserve individual entry dates when available in JSON
