[mod feature] Announcement scheduler command #15
Description
Command that will help moderator to schedule some announcement for certain channel to give date and time so bot can send it automatically.
For example by sending private message to bot (if moderator)
?announce -title "Blah" -body "Blah blah blah blah" -channel "channelName" -atEveryone -time "dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm"
