Add a "self spamlord" command

Reason to add feature

Some people in the server have expressed desire for a command that they can use to flag themselves as a spamlord for a period of time.

Since this poses no harm to others I suggest adding this functionality to the bot.

What the feature does

The command allows a user to give themselves the spamlord role for a period of time they can optionally specify, defaulting to one hour.

Example usage:

• >spamlordme sets the user who typed the command with the role spamlord for an hour, sending a message You have been locked to the spam channel for an hour.

• >spamlordme -6 sets the user who typed the command with the role spamlord for 6 hours, sending a message You have been locked to the spam channel for 6 hours.

I feel that this feature may be nice to have for users, but could also be a double-edged sword as users could be joking around or not be in a good state of mind and spamlord themselves for a large period of time and then tag the moderators or something similar to unspamlord them. This may be hard to keep track of who was spamlorded by a moderator for bad intentions and who did it to themselves and wants it taken off prematurely. Personally, I think that this feature is not necessary and people in the server should be able to manage themselves effectively. However, if enough people see this feature as useful, it may constitute adding it to the bot.
