Explanation of this ERROR.

I'm just wondering what this is so i may correct it, it crashes my editor when I pack these textures and try to assgin.

The error told you to read Texture Prep. The error is also on the Troubleshooting page. It tells you exactly what the problem is. Your second texture format doesn't match the first texture.
