NSIDataReader

Develop and test an NSIDataReader. So far we have a draft reader created by Evan Kieley – WMG. It needs testing on more datasets e.g. dataset from Eric Machorro (Pacific Northwest National Laboratory), which will be made available.

Tasks:

• Download data from onedrive and make accessible to everyone on the team
• Parse the .nsipro configuration file format into nested python dictionary
• Modify the existing reader, such that we can read the new dataset that we're trying out
  • Handle the corrupted tiff file
• Identify the keys with relevant geometric information in the configuration file
• Setup the per-projection geometry using the geometric information
