Fix the Luma homepage for tools for thought admin #14
Description
@bmann thinks part of the fallout from the shift to Luma events and the deprecation of communities might make the TFT Admin account more visible. If that's the case, we should clean it up.

- Update to the new logo
- Change the name
- Update the description
