How I do that?

Im very new to python and I tried to get free steam accounts with Visual Studio Code with Python (that's how I saw it in youtube) but every time i put a code from github or else it gives me an error... i dont know if something else is necesary for doing this... if u can help me i would be so thankful... I hope you see this
