Sample names aren't standardized #1

Describe the bug
The names of the samples need, according to the overview of the repository, to follow the kebab-case pattern but a lot are with two words together or with master at the end. It would be interesting to maintain a standard
Expected behavior
Repository with a list of samples with clear, intuitive and standardized names
Additional context
When the name is changed, it is important to update the README.md table as well
