Oil pumps not working

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, but no matter what I do, the oil pumps can't work. It's powered up and installed correctly, but nothing will come out. It doesn't even show anything being collected. I'm tired of having to restart my world. Any Ideas? Anyone at all? Please?

I don't know the size exactly, but it seems like its the speed of pull. I'll have to take a screen shot of what i am talking about and see if I can show you.

One shows with crazy high speeds, the other is a sandbox world with a slower speed and it actually works. I don't know how to fix the speeds or if there is anything else I can do for it?

oh, interesting. I'll have to find a way to cap the speed.
