Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

/SOS to allow players to title their teammates that they need help.

and a permission to allow specific ranks to /sos

Or /t say title MESSAGE

This would be a good third-party addon plugin. I don't really see any uses for this besides spamming and genuinely being annoying
