I tested your application for to convert isa in n3 format, after checked, i find many prefix and properties that aren't define in your ontologie " http://onto.toxbank.net/ "
for example you have define the resource study after " http://onto.toxbank.net/isa/#### "
but /isa not define or for example : isa:Investigation ; but nothing also for this type,

Did you have a upgrade ? did you a last version ?
