Emulator stars only the first time

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to setu up Tizen Studio on my Manjaro setup. I have successfully installed the Tizen Studio but have one weird issue. The emulator for TV starts only the first time. Then when I try to launch it again, I get this message:

Failed to launch emulator: xxx

Your system cannot suppoer HW virtualization.

I tried to run this command and kvm is installed:

- lsmod | grep kvm                                                                                                                                                                                               
kvm_intel             335872  0
kvm                  1036288  1 kvm_intel
irqbypass              16384  1 kvm

Anyone experienced this ? And one more thing, I managed to open the emulator one more time after closure but that was totally random.

Same behavior on Archlinux. Had to reboot every time. @vladimirgal1012 did you find the cause or a solution in the meantime?

Hi, not really. Had to reboot every time as well Im on arch too

I'm on Manjaro. In my case it also worked after installation, but reboot doesn't help. Running the Emulator Manager as root helped.

Possible Solution(s)

1. If the CPU virtualisation switch cannot be enabled in the emulator use the cli ...../tools/emulator/bin/em-cli modify -n [VM_NAME] -w yes

2. Disabling both -device maru-virtual-tuner,system=ATSC,country=USA,table=${tuner_table_path},stillimg=${still_image_path},wsi=${wsi} and -device maru-external-input-pci,stillimg=${still_image_path},wsi=${wsi} in ..../emulator/vms/[VM_NAME]/vm_launch.conf allows the VM to booth but the OS crashes.
   2.1 After commenting out those lines, disable the gpu and cpu for HW Support, launch, close, re-enable both.

It seems it incorrectly reads the capabilities of my CPU triggering it to be disabled causing the boot to be frozen. So far it's working normally even after multiple restarts; I will post here if this changes.
