Add WalletStream #2
Description
The WalletStream allows you to stream an individual wallet's decoded activity against a universe of contracts.
How it works:
- Stream ALL wallet activity (filter by target contract addresses in SQL)
- Decode all activity with ABIs
- Only decode top-level transactions
