Fourth DIPLOMAT Release

This release of DIPLOMAT contains several bug fixes and minor algorithm improvements leading to improved and more robust results.

Third Alpha Release

This version of DIPLOMAT includes the following changes:

• A new and improved lazy import system for DLC, so sleap and DLC frontends can be loaded at the same time.
• A new "Nearest In Source" labeler, for only allowing predictions to come from underlying confidence maps.
• Body parts are now grouped by identity in the supervised UI, and several body parts can be selected and annotated at once when using the "Approximate" and "Nearest In Source" labelers.
• A new dialog for swapping identities in the tweak editor.
• A new sub-command for executing diplomat commands based on configuration stored in a yaml file. (diplomat yaml)
• Several major and minor bug fixes.

DIPLOMAT Alpha Release v2

This version of DIPLOMAT add's the SLEAP frontend, allowing DIPLOMAT to operate on SLEAP projects.
