A class for empty columns

If a column is left completely empty, we don't do much and `Page.fillColumn` just returns.

There is a TODO comment there:

// TODO: Remove column element altogether?
```

While that may be useful (when we get to it), in the meantime it might be useful to add a class; that would give us a hook for styling.
