[FEATURE-REQ]: Turn off the console screen and low power consumption during the games

When we are in GMenu it is possible to turn off the console screen and I believe it also enters a mode of less energy consumption. Is it possible to do this while working during games or applications?

Motivation (behind your idea)

I would like to leave the game paused and come back immediately with low power consumption.

These days I was compiling the latest version of CFW and if someone shows the way maybe I can implement it and do some tests.

gmenu2x sets backlight=0 & freqCPU=cpuMin, it could also do volume=0 but there is no bg music implementation in GMenu. To do same for any other app you would want to modify MiyooCFW/daemon, except we have no CPU governor so you would need to implement that first.
