Is this Mod dead?

I wonder if this Mod still has a Maintainer, developers and people who bring it forward.

(Because the last commit was made 2 years ago)

And for the possibility that this is not the case, are there people here, who know enough of mc modding to bring this mod back from the dead? (I could help, but i am not good enough at modding to be able to be a maintainer or developer)

I love this mod, but i tried it like a year ago or smth. like that and it was very bugged and the mc version it is made for is so outdated now, so it needs updates/commits.
