about sync function

the trilium wiki/help has no detail explain for sync of options.
I want to konw those means for sync functions.

• Force full sync
• Fill entity changes records
• Find and fix consistency issues

when I update from 0.43 to 0.47 the search syntax has many changes, so I re-write the many search note's query contents , and they are work fine. but I found the search query changes just keep sync in client-A and server(docker). I cannot sync the search changes to client-B( the B synced all others text or /image notes ).

I think the "force full sync" will re-sync full db. I want to do a quick sync to solve the search note sync issue. So I try to run "Fill entity changes records" , but it use over 10 hours to sync db. (My DB over 1GB. )

My question is : what's diffrerent with Force full sync and Fill entity changes?
And what's different with normal sync?
