How to reinstall demo document?

Hi

The demo was a great kick starter for me. I deleted it and began to use Trilium.

Now I would like to add weight tracker and was looking to reinstall the demo document. I wanted to review how the weight tracker was put together.

Is reinstalling the demo possible, if so how?
