How to change theme programmatically?

Hi! I extended an existing Solarized theme for Trilium to support both day & night themes. I use GNOME night theme switcher to switch a bunch of things on my computer to light/dark mode based on time of day. Is there some way to programmatically change Trilium's theme? I would hope that Trilium's JS API could do that, but any other way might also work for me.
