How to convert lines into bullets/checkbox

Hey,

I copied from other source list of services what I need to work on, paste it and now would like to make them bullet points or better checkboxes, so when I finish I can click and see that I'm done with this.
Am I able to do it easier that edit it one by one?

BTW. Would be great to have blocks able to collapse like notion's toggle list: https://www.notion.vip/create-columns-within-toggle-lists-and-template-buttons/
