Using PM2 on Server instead of nohup

I cloned the repo to an EC2 instance and tried running trilium with the instructions from the wiki:

nohup TRILIUM_ENV=dev node src/www &

But it would crash every couple of hours after I signed off... I installed pm2 and ran it with that and it is much more stable now.

PM2 is very easy to set up so may want to suggest that to other users if they have issues running on a remote server
