You can add a note as html with the following content:
Then create a Rendernote. U can link this note whereevery you want then. As a workaround. |

The latter is the one used in the iframe. If you use any of the frist two links, it will include the whole Youtube page, but if you use the embed link, you'll just have the frame! Trilium generates the following HTML on its own :

I'm not sure whether this feature already exists, but I couldn't find an option to embed YouTube videos using an iframe. If it's not yet available, I believe adding support for iframe-based YouTube embeds would be a valuable enhancement.
