Customizing "export to pdf"

I would like to add headers and footers when exporting notes to PDF. I’ve tried searching for similar discussions but didn’t find anything relevant. Currently, users don’t seem to have permissions to customize PDF export options.

Could developers expose settings for headers, footers, margins, and scaling, so users can configure them during PDF export?

Yes, it's planned, but the work involved is quite high.
