Which AI subscription do I buy for making contributions to Trilium?

Hi this is just a quick question. I've been making plugins for the Obsidian canvas and planning to make some edits for Trilium. I particularly want to make changes to the relation map note type and the table view of the collection note type. I've been switching between ChatGPT and Claude for making them. I'm not very techy enough to discern which has been better for me. So I'd like to ask for your expert opinion. ChatGPT Plus vs Claude Pro? Which is more worth it for this use-case? Thank you.

Claude works decently. Perhaps @perfectra1n can pitch in with his experience.

Yeah I really like Claude Code, instead of Codex or Gemini. Again, it's changing all the time - but Claude Code has reigned supreme for a few months now. I like having it write the feature (with lots of guidance), then having the code reviewer subagent review it. (just tell it "review the git diff using the code-reviewer subagent" after implementing the feature)

If you're just going to create smaller features/changes, I don't think you'll have an issue with the $20 sub to Claude Code. If so, you can just wait until the usage resets :)
