(Feature request) Allow changing note color from tree

In one of the future releases, I plan to do this, just more generally.

The idea is that you would be able to quickly mark a note with one of the templates. I'm thinking it would conceptually look like in Google Maps:

So not just color, but an icon and some meaning. It would actually be a full blown template, so you'd be able to define other things as well. The added benefit would be in easy access / easy marking of notes from the menu.

@saitatter this has not yet been implemented in the UI right-click menu, but you can already currently add an attribute to change the color of the note text in the navigation tree:

@meichthys , by changing the note color would you expect to change both the note icon and the title, or only the note icon? Follow up from #3035.

If we would support both note icon and the title, then it would simply be an UI for the already-existing color attribute.

Existing users of the color attribute would probably expect this new UI feature to work the same way, so I would probably recommend keeping it simple and having both the icon and title changed. I think this is what I had in mind when I filed this issue anyway.

It does still raise the question of whether links to the note should also be colored. I would think yes, but I haven't played with it to see if that would be too distracting.

Or support adding some right-click menu items via the API, so that users can customize the desired functions, such as:

1. Changing the note color or title through the context menu.
2. Quickly adding the note under a target note, such as Favorites, Trash, or To-Do.
3. Opening a note in a new window via the context menu.
