TOCA Race Driver bugs #267

So, I have found some problems with TOCA Race Driver 2 and 3 (the first game, called Pro Race Driver doesn't have any issues as far as I can tell)
So, for the examples, I will use Race Driver 2 since both games have the same problems anyway.
Here, there is a strange black box.
and here, turning on any sort of manual fixes creates these weird lines on the screen. Plus, turning on skip draw to remove the weird box also sadly disables the shadows.
