Soft-Float Advanced Settings #280

Long time Github lurker, first time contributor.
Firstly, I want to say that the work you are doing is immense, the PS2 emulation community has come so far since I first discovered it 15 years ago.
I always wanted to play Stuntman, but it's only recently that the game has been rendered entirely playable. The most recent PCSX2 patch has resolved most of the issues plaguing the game.

But the game still requires PCSX2 to run in interpreter mode. DarkKnight267 has found compatible settings that allow the game to be played, but NetherSX2 is limited in the advanced settings available, where we can only set the EE FPU Round Mode to one of 4 settings.

I appreciate that NetherSX2 may take some time to be fully compatible with the latest PCSX2 patch, but it would be amazing if the advanced settings more closely matched those available on PCSX2 so that soft-float and EE FPU Rounding can be more fine-tuned for better compatibility.
