Better discoverability for creating a new page #524
Description
The only way to create a new page seems to be to navigate to the URL of a page which doesn't exist and then click the Create Page button there. In MediaWiki-based wikis, if you use the built-in search function this usually has an option to create a page if there is no exact title match. But at least in the OpenTTD wiki, the search goes straight out to DuckDuckGo with no option to create a page even if it gives zero results.
An option to "Create New Page" could be added next to "Edit Page" on all pages, not just those that don't exist.
