FWUpdate is broken between 2.1 and 2.2 releases due to default OTP layout change

the OTP layout was changed to accomodate a change of the profile_definition field in the default OTP. But this is something that would break previous FW versions to read OTP fields where expected, in particular it breaks FWU between 2.1 and 2.2. So we want to preserve compatibility and we need to restructure the way the Attestation core retrieves the profile_definition[] from the platform HAL.
